I had bought the car from them , with all of the packages! I went to get my second oil change and my break light bulb light came . It had been on for a month my husband put brand new bulb on both side and it come back on week later. I figured they would check it . Because they lights on. They tried to act like it wasn't on. Then told me I should go to a Honda dealership instead. I told them that bought my car and got my warranty through them. They said that it would be better if I went some where else to get looked at. I will never buy a car from them again.

Brought our vehicle in for a routine oil change & service. Very professional customer service provided. Service Advisor Robyn Olson did a great job explaining what was done & conditions observed in multi-point vehicle check by Service Tech. Thoroughly explained add’l work recommended w/estimate provided.

Service form for drop off stated the initial diagnosis would be no more than 177…..and then they charged me over 200. They did “repair” - just cleared the codes on the throttle bodies after doing an adaptation…..and said it was “fixed” but it only lasted about 20miles down the road, and the EPC light came back on. Will be working on it in my shop so I don’t lose another 200 dollars and 2 hours of my life taking it there, and picking it up. The quote to change a valve cover and an intake manifold gasket was 3k, about half the price of the car…..this the reason I am working on it, not them!

I recently purchased 4 new all-season tires through this dealership and had them mounted, balanced, and they competed an alignment. They also washed my car’s exterior as per usual.Docking a star because when they brought my car up everything was clean except all 4 “brand new” tires were extremely dirty and very scuffed. I had to request my car be sent back to have the tires cleaned to even remotely match the rest of my car’s exterior that they had washed. I was told by my service advisor that they just forgotten to shine the tires.From a customer service standpoint, I was very disappointed that they would bring my vehicle out like that, especially when I was there specifically for all new tires.

I was pleased with the service and how they explained everything including options. Very good service advisor and customer service. My only negative is the value for your $$. The $200 charge just to look at the car is a bit much and I think should have been applied to the charges once I accepted the recommendations. Also I’m pretty sure what I had done would have been less at another service station. All in all though I was pleased with all of it.

Audi Des Moines saved me! I was driving back home to Texas when my 2021 Q5 went into limp mode with multiple warning signs. It was towed to Audi Des Moines and they were able to get it in right away with a diagnosis in under an hour. They didn't have the part but ordered it and it was in within 2 business days and fixed by that afternoon. They were short on loaners but were able to give me one so that I could get back to my family's house to wait on the fix. Robyn, Bryan, and the tech were all top notch and were amazing the whole way through. I made it back to Texas without any issues. Thank you SO much!

Fast service, they finished around 12 pm after dropping it off at 7 am. Provided a nice loaner car. Also fixed my door problem that I pointed out. Overall great service.

Quick and professional service. Great communication. Huge difference between the Audi service department and the VW service department. (And there shouldn’t be) We were evidently given the wrong number initially by a call center calling Audi customers about an airbag recall. We called the number they gave us and were greeted with a rather rude service individual who, after we read our vin number to him at his request, impatiently informed us that we had called the wrong number and we needed to call the Audi dealership. We looked it up and did. The Audi staff was friendly and informative. They worked with us on the scheduling . The day we dropped it off, we decided to add some service work because of the good treatment we had received. We also were surprised to find the VW dealer was right next door and possibly owned by the same company. They hadn’t told us that when we called earlier and didn’t give us the number for Audi. Long story short-when it comes time to replace our Audi, we’d definitely be back to this dealer because of their good attitude and service.

The staff said they were not aware that I asked for an estimate , where I called to the service department and spoke to their ear that I needed oil change , 2nd key ordered and programmed and an estimate. That morning at the desk too talked to them. But when that lady brought my key programmed and did oil changed said no one told her. What would you rate on this matter?

Went to Audi/Merle Hay for oil change on 2014 S5 (new to me). They found routine maintenance needed (spark plugs, supercharge plate). I was there for a couple of hours. I chatted with Tim Service pro about summer/winter/all season tires & learned a lot. Robin/service desk helped me pass the time with a surprisingly fruitful shopping spree, opening display cases for even, of all things, Audi socks! Armando in sales graciously chatted with me about the brand between appointments. I especially appreciate the unique service video included with every service check.
