I bought a car from this dealership, the people were nice but a bit snobby. Iwas told a number of times when they were adding on things I didn't want and non optional options, that luxury clients want these things, as if I was not their typical client, and maybe I am not but they were sure happy to take my money so treat me as if I am as important as a "luxury client" and recognize that different clients have different needs.

Went in to the dealership today to go car shopping, and the employees there were not attentive at all to be honest they were lazy. After we spoke with one of the employees about shopping for a car we were told to go to the back lot to look at cars with absolutely no assistance. We spent at least 30mins and no one came to even check on us.

Bought a 2023 S5 sportback and the process was great. Even after the sale my sales person Amar was able to assist me with questions I had. I’m looking forward to building a relationship with Audi of DSM.

Initially had a little misunderstanding on a purchase. Eventually spoke with Brent, the General Manager. He listened intently and seemed to genuinely care about remedying the situation. He also fully addressed the concerns. Was always happy with the vehicle and am happy with the dealer now, as well. Hope to do business again in the future and really appreciate Brent for going above and beyond!

I was happy with the service, my in and out time was exactly what I hoped it would be. I thought maybe the service tech could have been a little lighter of spirit, he came across as unfriendly, don't know if that is just his personality or had exterior difficulties he was dealing with, so will cut some slack, don't want to assume. I have dealt with Audi Denver, Audi Flatirons in Denver and most recently, Ames Ford, all experiences fantastic and the way you want to be treated as a person and customer. I think dealing with customers in general, it is always a good reminder that they deserve a friendly, comfortable experience.

The team at Audi, Lithia of Johnston Iowa stepped up. They went above the call of duty to provide us a loaner car and outstanding service while service warranty claim regular schedule maintenance was performed on our SQ5. Team prioritized acquiring the right parts with overnight delivery and coverage with warranty work in a timely fashion. We appreciate your efforts very much.

Audi of DesMoines really came through for us. When we drove a used Q5 off the lot, and a check engine light came on I thought we were in for a poor experience. They replaced the turbo for us, and turned a negative experience into a positive.

UPDATE: 6/16 - Awesome customer service. John M reached out and immediately understood the situation we were facing. Offered to make it right and we came to a satisfactory agreement on both ends. Very impressed with how they resolved this and turned a sour situation into a positive one.Previous: 1/5 StarsDidn’t ask before “washing” my fathers Q5 that had just been paint corrected and coated. Swirls, scratches, water spots, etc. all over the paint. Have to send back to the detailer to completely redo. Very unprofessional service.

The oil change for my Q7 went completely wrong when the service rep called me out to the garage to leave, and the car they delivered was NOT mine. My car had been driven off the lot and to the home of another client. They gave my car to someone else; who didn’t recognize it wasn’t theirs and drove it home. “It’s happened before and will happen again” they said. The service representative called the person to return my car and more than 30 minutes later the person returned to the dealership with my car. The service reps and client laughed about the incident. I did not. My 2 hour oil change did not go as planned
