I had to have my car towed back in May (it was only a battery issue) and didn’t realize that I had TOWING INSURANCE.… So I thought that is something that I really want to add to my policy. I called today and lo and behold. I have that already. You made sure I was taken care of. I just wasn’t even aware.
In addition to that discovery, I also wanted to add to my policy the new service line recommendation because ANKENY is changing over for their clients to be responsible for their service lines from the house to the street. And once again, lo and behold I already have that as part of my policy!!!
I should have realized that you take very good care of each and every one of your clients…and are ahead of the game in the insurance industry!β

βI called for a quote when I was looking to add a new vehicle. I was paying around $820 every 6 months for 1 vehicle, they ended up doing 2 vehicles for around $840 every 6 months. Same coverages. Faith was great to work with and made everything so easy. I recommend this office.β
