What a comfort to go to Vw of Des Moines . I need to travel about an hour to get my Beetle serviced. The staff seems to go out of their way to make you most comfortable, They kindly squeezed my service in on a Saturday morning, When job was completed and staff busy with customers, a sales representative made sure he got me back on my way . The service is excellent!They are kind, professional, knowledgeable , and it is extremely comforting knowing the job is completed successfully!I’d highly recommend your service! See you again ! Sue

Came in for a routine oil chance and was out in an hour. Great service! Jontay was very helpful and friendly as well, and took the time to check to see if my vehicle needed any other services.

The service team was very communicative, offered recommended services, one of which I chose was not needed. The service team left a note on my paperwork that it was not needed (picked up after department closed) they also included the summary of the declined services so I would have it for future reference. Service was quick and efficient as well.

I dropped off my car for routine service scheduled at least a week ahead and neither time did they accomplish anything. Picked up my car 9 hours later with nothing accomplished. Never come here.

Excellent and thorough service, with a side helping of honesty. My service representative was able to track down the extended warranty on my vehicle, which covered the vast majority of the work my vehicle needed...despite the fact that I had forgotten about it. This was impressive to me, because they could've charged me for it all and I wouldn't have known the difference.Because there was a delivery delay on a part which needed to be replaced, they were able to secure a loaner vehicle with a minimum of fuss. Great technical work and personable, patient staff.

Purchased a vehicle last year, a rush job from the salesman, as the truck wasn’t even drive able. So for the first 3 months I purchased a vehicle I had not drove. Very accommodating as they did put me in loaners. Ended up paying over 10000 more for the vehicle with all the extra stuff you have to put on their vehicles plus extended warranty. Well a year later with not even an extra 10000 miles put on it I’m having trouble. I call to set up an appointment and get told someone will call me back to schedule. A week later no call. So I’m paying an extra 5000 for a service I can’t use or get an appointment for?

Greeting was amazing. Service report and information was great.I was concerned the intake GM dealer didn't do oil change right and I think I was still right in that. But, I still have concerns that there is a leak, although minor, I feel like I'm going to need another inspection.

Took in my passat for the first time because a tire has been going low since I bought it. You couldn't find anything wrong with it Thursday. Went low again Monday and Wednesday. Took it to Costco today and there was a nail in it. I had to get a new tire since there was a bad patch job right next to it. Disappointed to say the least, and regretting the extra I paid for the extended warranty. Can't fix what you can't find feeling.

Unbeknownst to me I had oil on my seat, and consequently on the back of my shirt after leaving..With my car being leased I thought I still had the coverage for an oil change since it had been a year since my last one, but was told no, and I had to pay.Sad that Brian Braak had retired he was always helpful and kind, didn’t get that vibe this time.I am glad that I am at the 3year out of a 4 year lease, I don’t feel I will be leasing again.Also, when someone schedules an appointment, on arrival, I should not have been told it was during the person doing the service their lunch break…really???

If you want the best experience buying a used or new car don't mess around with other dealerships. This is the place you want to go. My family and I were blown away by the care and time the sales staff spent with us. Ask for Mayo when you get here. Him and the sales manager Jerry will earn your business. We just purchased a vehicle from here and I will not buy another vehicle anywhere else. I bet you will feel the same way as well. Hands down the best in the area.

Lots of options and a variety of vehicles to choose from..new and used. The service area was not well organized and workers not at their station. I understand the dealer is going for the open floor plan, but unless you've been there a few times..it can be very confusing. The part department was hidden in a small corner, very hard to find.The three workers I crosspath with were not friendly and seemed rush. The lady at the service desk was kind enough to point me to thr part counter.The dealer was immaculate and very well maintained. The wait room was well stocked with refreshments and a variety of snacks.Overall, there are alot of vehicle to choose from....if you can find the right salesperson to help.

I understand how difficult it is to schedule work and estimate waiting time for "the out of town customer" while waiting for his or hers appointment for inspections/repairs. But if 4+ hours of butt time for the customer is needed for a diagnosis that only required my purchase and install of a new battery then I am leery and I was not alone on this issue as two other customers ahead of me with 8 AM appointments ( I had an 11:00AM) also had to wait over 4 hours and one of them only had a tire that needed replacement.No other complaints. The staff was courteous and the waiting room was nice by offering snacks and drinks which helped make up for some of the long wait. Let me add a positive in that I was pleased that while the car was in the arrival bay a technician did offer a free service of pairing two new mobile phones to the car and showed me how to reset the oil and service interval....that was much appreciated.

Christian was a great sales rep to work with. His communication was the best I've ever experienced during a car buying process. He took the time to answer questions and asked good questions to help us determine the best vehicle fit.
