Amber is an absolute doll. She's so patient, and makes sure my hair is exactly what I want. I usually just get my bangs cut. She'll do them a couple times to make sure she doesn't take too much off. The only person I'll trust to do my bangs now.
I think this franchise a whole is very good. I have been to stores in Muscatine and Davenport as well. The girls are always very friendly, polite and welcoming.

My family has been to this Great Clips a few times and although everyone is polite and kind, I have never had such an amazing experience as we have had with Amber. She is wonderful, and extremely patient with my child who has autism.If you need a great hair cut and want to surround yourself you great people, go see Amber!

Had my dad take my son in for a haircut for his first day of kindergarten and I'm pretty sure they just let him cut it himself. Absolutely butchered. Bangs uneven and a chunk cut out of one side, and all for the low price of $25! Ridiculous. First day pictures ruined. This place needs shut down. The good reviews for this place HAVE to be bought.
