“While visiting family in Iowa from North Carolina, we had an unexpected tire issue late Wednesday evening. Most tire shops were already closed, and Walmart was only open for another 30 minutes. We rushed over hoping to schedule an appointment, but the system showed no availability on Thursday. We were supposed to begin our drive back to North Carolina on Friday and were worried we wouldn't make it safely.
Ian went above and beyond. Instead of turning us away, he took the time to help us that evening and replaced our tire on the spot. Because of his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help, we were able to make our trip home safely and on schedule. Ian turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and we are incredibly grateful. Employees like Ian make a lasting impression. Thank you, Ian, for caring enough to go the extra mile!”
“JR was wonderful! He found problems and fixed them, making sure that I understood exactly what was wrong. This was not the first time to bring my car in with an issue, and once again, when I left it ran better than it ever has! Trust is everything, and JR is definitely a man who earns mine. I was very satisfied with the cost of the repairs as well.”

“I have been going to Winner's Circle since moving back to this area 5 years ago. They are extremely fast, very personable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”
