No where else I would take my girls. Tremendous care and consideration everytime. Had a couple close calls with my girls and the Dr and staff were there to ride it out with me and ensure all of us were taken care of.
Thank you all sincerely,

I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone at Keystone Vet Clinic! Paula has been amazing and has always been very honest about what my puppy does and doesn't need. I am more than happy their services.

This place is amazing. We have huge dogs and I couldn't be more happy with the care we received. Our big male was just a big jumping goober and is a huge baby to get his nails done and I could hear them giggling about his shenanigans from a couple rooms down rather than getting frustrated with him.
Then when we brought our female she was terrified (rescue so I think afraid we were abandoning her) and she squatted and peed and just kept peeing in fear. She hid as much of herself behind my leg as possible. Doc was very very gentle and worked with her so well. Was super understanding about her fear.
THEN as if doc wasn't awesome enough lets our 3 year old listen to her puppy's heartbeat because she was interested in the stethoscope.
You definitely have customers for life in us!!!
Thanks so so much ♡

This is the worst vet around. We only go there if it’s absolutely necessary. We had a pretty sick cat recently and they had an appt available sooner than our preferred vet. Then they called me and asked if I wanted to come in an hour earlier. I said that was fine, but we live 30 minutes away so I’d be a couple minutes late. I kid you not, we were there for 2 hours! I don’t even understand why a vet appt should ever take that long. We got prescribed a med that they didn’t even have and I had to pick up from Hyvee over an hour away. Our cat is still sick a week later and our phone call has not been returned in 4 days. I spent so much money the last time I was there and they had the nerve to say “oh we’d like to see him again in 4 weeks.” YEAH RIGHT! Stand by your meds/treatments. What a terrible experience. Cat still sick and I’m out $200 and lots of time wasted at this vet. And our poor kitty :( they don’t even care about your pet.

Their care for my cat and dog was top notch! Even though my cat was less than impressed to see them. They were professional and were able to give my cat his shots without incident!

I was extremely pleased! Kitty got in for his visit very quickly and was well cared for. The staff is efficient and friendly and the cost was very fair. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely go back -Thank you. :)

The staff was not friendly ?. Rushed me while I was smelling their pet candles and reading about the acupuncture treatment that they offer. Way overcharged!! Basically $140 to have 2 small bunnies get their nails trimmed and a belly rub. When advised to determine a diagnosis for one, I was told they don't do blood work there, yet their website, information says they do. The veterinarian made me feel stupid and like she didn't care at all about what I said and showed her.
