The slowest pharmacy. I waited over 10 minutes at the call button for them to get my prescription. The pharmacist was nice but so slow, and I could see her casually walking back and forth. I would’ve left if she take my insurance card. My 2 month old was crying in the car and I was stuck waiting.

Very helpful, sometimes things get alittle hectic, but over all a great bunch of people work in the pharmacy at the hyvee store in knoxville, a 5 star plus is what they deserve

If I could put zero stars I would. Drive up is extremely slow. They never have your RX ready. You wait in line for 30+ min for someone to pull up behind you and them tell you to pull to the back of the line (and wait another 30 min) and the lady during the day at the drive up is always very rude. I onlybuave one RX I get from here and only get it there because it's a lot cheaper. Otherwise I wouldn't give them my service. This isn't a one time pickup. It's everytime. I hope management can somehow get their employees to be friendly and maybe get them some help in the pharmacy. This has been ridiculous.
