Four times in last 6 months we have had missing mail not delivered to us. is our carrier throwing it in the trash?

Good service polite help. I answered one question wrong meant to say yes instead of no on wheel chair accessible entrance.

Postal man doesn't know how to read signs to avoid construction, waited several days for package. Other-wise good service.
