“I am here from out of state for a death in the family. I had a dead battery on Sunday. AAA came from Waterloo to jump the battery but I was told it probably would not hold. I was driving around town trying to charge up the battery and drove into the Carquest parking lot. The owner just happened to be stopping at the store and asked if he could help. I could not believe my luck!!! He opened up the store, on the only day it was closed, sold me a new battery and installed it for me. I will be forever thankful to the Carquest owner for taking time on his only day off to get me back on the road. You are a true blessing!!!”
