“We were on our way home to Missouri when a nice man slowed down on 20 and told us he thought our wheel bearings was going out on our 5th wheel told us to go to Carlson Auto, thought we could make it well we didn’t we were about 6 miles out middle of nowhere, called and talked to Justin. Justin drove the 6miles to where we were and helped us. Told us it would be ok to drive on 3 wheels but slowly and Justin drove just as slow so we could follow him. Need to say that Justin didn’t have to do any of this but did we could not thank him enough. I’m originally from a large city and don’t think I would have gotten customer service like this, Thank You again Justin for helping us out God Bless You.”

He has always been knowledgeable on what is needed and if not he'll research until he finds it. He doesn't skip a beat when it comes to being kind and courteous, whether it be over the phone or in the store. There's a friendly voice.
