The pizza last night was good. But beware, it's inconsistent - on time may be good, while another could be raw dough and cold sausage. Depends on who is working.

Young man named Abram made our pizza perfectly, on time, and was extremely outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable. Seems to be the only one that looks forward (or acts like he looks forward to) interacting with customers.

This Casey's seems to be having trouble with pizzas and its ordering system. First it ran out of dough because its freezer broke. Then we had a pizza order disappear from their system despite having an email confirmation. Then I overheard some staff complaining about a customer who didn't get their pizza after ordering from Doordash. Need to fix the issues at this store.

Getting a decent pizza and/or what you order, about 50/50 these days. Used to have some good pizza makers. Tried to call about my order, got a TERRIBLE automated system, finally got a person after multiple attempts. Person on the phone was rude and dismissive, they heard to word order, yelled that their phone doesn't work and to order on the app. Tried to correct the conversion, was told they could not help me and to order on the mobile app, then hung up on me. Glad to see this location is doing so well it doesn't need my money.

I live in Bettendorf and I choose to stop at this Casey's when I have to work out of town because it's the best one! The employees are always friendly, I've never ever had a bad experience. They're always upbeat and can make my day better just by their niceties. Pizza is always hot and they usually keep it stocked up and I love that they don't just do breakfast pizza in the morning either. One of the best Casey's in the quad cities by far.
