“We had transmission issues with our 2018 suburban while on our way home from a family vacation. We were 4 hours from home on a holiday weekend. I called all around the Sioux City area without finding another shop that could get us in on short notice. Top Notch was suggested to me from a family friend that lived in the area and they were able to look at it a few days later. Jason called after diagnosing the issues and we worked out a plan to get it back on the road. He was very upfront and honest about what needed done and didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need. My only complaint is I wish we lived closer as I would definitely use them again.Service: Transmission”

“These guys are so friendly! They spoke to me as if they had known me for years. Brian explained things in detail about my car. He also offered to test/apply a new product for foggy headlight covers at no charge. Unfortunately, the product didn’t work but that’s not his fault. I will be returning in a few weeks for brakes.
