“We took our grandkids for open swim on Saturday afternoon. Not many people in the pool area which was very nice! Walking into the building, the 2 staff members at the reception desk were very friendly. Area was clean! Got upstairs to the locker room area which were also clean and accessible! During the swim time in the pool area, the kids had a great time, with many of the provided swim toys fun the facility. The splash pad water feature was very nice also for the little ones. The only negative was the kids were still playing on the splash pad equipment, normal operation during normal business hours, and a staff member shut the splash pad equipment down and said it would be closed for 20 minutes. No explanation given. So after nearly 45 minutes, we asked if it was going to be restarted so the kids could play in it again. Was told they would only restart it if enough kids wanted to play in it. My issue stems with, there were plenty of kids playing on it before you shut it down. Turn it back on so the kids can go back to enjoying it again.”
