I got my 2023 taxes done in January and even though I told them multiple times it was for 2023 it was still filed as 2024 so BOTH years ended up messed up and wont see 2024 return until summer. They said i didn't owe anything i asked them again and they said nope you don't owe anything. I was happy until I got a bill for 2024 and when I called they said they never said I didn't owe anything. First and last time going to this location. I wouldn't have complained about only having to pay for one year there was no reason to lie.

I had to get my 2021 taxes redone, no big deal. Until they were not done correctly the second time. I had to figure it out on my own and put pressure on the Manager. I made multiple calls and wasted so much of my time. I finally got my refund and got a refund from H&R Block. The people who run this franchise are not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even someone I hate!!

Hate their work.They really dropped the ball on my tax return. And now I'm in debt with the IRS because of their poor tax work, but I'm hiring a lawyer and file against H&R Block..

H &R Block has done my taxes for the last 6 years. I'm always very happy with the service, and the tax credits they're able to get me. Automated notifications are great, also.
