Idk what all these positive reviews are about… got here at 5pm and it is now 8:30pm. Still have a green light and they don’t seam to be in a rush to do anything!! When I got here I stood inside for 15 mins waiting to check in with the workers watching me sit there looking stupid. I only gave this 2 stars because the parking lot is easy to maneuver throughout. Other than that.. never again!!!

Great experience here!!! Great people and got loaded fast and was given a door as soon as I checked in… overnight parking at the front dirt lot….

This is a great place to come. Everyone at this place are very professional and polite. Checked in early and was given a door immediately, and load within two hours.

Place is "Outanding N Fast to Load!" 1:00 pm appointment. Had me loaded N finished at 11:14 AM. Upon arrival, Park in dirt lot across the street directly in front of shipper. Walk across the street to shipper. Fill out form to checkin. Then when you're assigned a dock slide tandems, chock wheels, Set Reefer @ -10 Degrees unless told otherwise by shipper.

This was my initial visit, and it proved to be an outstanding experience. The staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency and helpfulness; they managed to load my truck in under 30 minutes.
