The dispatch have favoritism goin on all the time. Planners give loads to drivers who don’t want them and then stick them on drivers who are just barely making on time delivery and then you get terminated for stuff you don’t even do

Please inform tractor number 1108 that he should never leave his truck parked on the fuel island while he's taking a shower. It's a big no no out here. Observed 7/14/23 at 0200 hrs.

Must be a thing to allow your drivers to fill up the loves lot when you have a yard within sight distance. With amenities. Bobtails in full length spots. I counted 8 of your truck at the loves in Le Mars yesterday. But it's fine just keep letting them, apparently you're super special and common courtesy doesn't matter

Schuster is a family owned and oriented company based out of Northwest Iowa. Orville Schuster started Schuster Grain in 1956 with one truck hauling grain in and around Sioux City, Iowa. Orville continued to grow and expand services of Schuster Grain to include refrigerated and dry van services. The name was changed to Schuster Co to reflect the transition.
