On a general basis I would rate it a 5, but it seems like they're missing quite a few people who used to work there and the only one that's still there that I know is Jim. He is by far the most unprofessional human being I have ever seen in my life, tried smashing stuff from my wife's hand then slammed the drawer and said that he was done with the transaction. Without even having the full details of our transaction. He is beyond rude and needs to no longer work there. I'm sure I am not the first one to complain!

I haven’t got my mail in week and most half week I was supposed to get something very important in the mail week ago and I talk to the place that I’m supposed to get mail from and they said it was sent out and it should be there but it not here and I seen the mail guy walk by my house for week straight

I have never been to a post office that was this nice and helpful! Amazing customer service. Very helpful!!!! The staff at the counter go out of their way to ensure the customers are happy and appreciated. Thank you to the folks at the LeMars Post Office.

Okay Jeff. You can just tell me that you aren’t going to find my receipt/tracking number for me. No need to lie about calling me back. I provided you with every specific detail you asked for.
