“Oh man I'm sad (and a bit glad) that I don't live closer to here... I'll explain, if you are a cheese lover like myself, then you know that when you walk into a cheese shop the wonderful aroma hits you as soon as you walk in.The place is so clean. Like I don't know if dust ever settles on anything there. There's usually just one or 2 people working. One runs the shop and the other makes cheese. Such a neat process that you can watch through a big window.The staff is more than willing to answer any questions about the cheese making process, the aging process and even down to the merchandise they have for sale. Also plenty of free samples. It's simply amazing!”
