Once again Casey’s strikes again. Smelled bad outside, women’s bathroom toilets were caked in fecal matter, no soap. Used men’s bathroom toilets wash hands. Store wasn’t busy so I’m sure the employees had time to clean bathroom since they were all on their phones. Men’s bathroom smelled of sewage, gas and was a war zone. An employee also came in to use the bathroom and didn’t even attempt to wash his hands. All coffee machines were down. A number of products/merchandise on the shelves needed to be cleaned off and dusted. Cooler had lots of condensation, it sounded like it was on life support….glad we were only passing through.

Worst Caseys ever. Their pumps are always down, you can never get a receipt, and everyone is rude. Go to the next station.

I live stopping here on my way to Cedar Falls and back home from Cedar Falls. I travel this a few times a month. Food is always hot and fresh! Clean bathrooms too.

Stopped here on the way home from a trip and wished I hadn't. The attendant, Quentin, was very rude and angrily made clear he wanted my friend out of the store so he could go on break. (If he needed a break, then this station should have had someone to cover his break.) That is no excuse to treat your customers so rudely and with a complete lack of service. I wish I could have returned the gas I bought as they made it clear they don't want my service, so they don't deserve it, and they don't deserve your service either. Do not stop here.

Jesus Christ some of the closing employees need some anger management classes. I understand I was asking for a receipt a few minutes after closing (trust me I know, it’s irritating when people do that. I also understood in that moment, I may not get one at all due to them being closed) but that doesn’t mean you can yell at someone (after blatantly ignoring them) instead of just telling them no like a normal person would.
