About Bailey’s Ford Park
Bailey’s Ford Park is a well-kept and well-maintained county campground. It is a large park with 72 campsites, a mix of primitive and RV sites, including spacious tent camping sites and pull-throughs suitable for big rigs with water and electric hook-ups. The park is very quiet and located along the Maquoketa River with an official Iowa trout stream and spring running through it. It offers abundant hiking trails, a nice play area for kids, picnic areas, a nature display, a butterfly garden, and an excellent newer shower house with plumbed restrooms. The park is a favorite that families return to year after year.
