I don't know what it is about this store, but it absolutely STINKS. I avoid going to this store at all costs, and chose rather to spend the extra 10 minutes to go to the Kwik Star across town, even though this gas station is less than a minute away from my house

Disaster. Ordered a large taco pizza, medium sausage and pepperoni, wings and breadsticks. They dropped everything. Gave us the whole meal free next time we come in. We ordered and nobody knew what was going on, didn’t get any wings or breadsticks and no sauce at all with the taco pizza. Will never forget back to that one again

All right you have it folks I have found the best Casey's pizza in the country this one right here has got the best Casey's Pizza I have ever had in the energy inside the store was just great; thank you guys

Really nice staff! The lady was so friendly to me and my kids when we stopped in. Store was also clean and didn't have any weird smells. Overall it met all my expectations.One weird thing is that I didn't see an option for just tap water on the soda fountain. But they did have Power Aid and Vitamin Water.

We ordered a pizza. It was probably the best Casey's pizza I've had! I worked for Casey's for 3 yrs so THATS saying something! The people were super awesome... On the phone and in person. Only complaint I have is that they weren't doing delivery despite it being a delivery time when I called. However, I realize the challenges with staffing issues.

When I go to a store I expect the employees to know how to do their FULL job. I shouldn't have to wait in-line while the person at register has to yell for someone else who's 'busy' talking to a customer about their medical condition instead of doing their job. The worst part is when after all this I get sent away empty handed without my merchandise because their either in capable or to lazy to do the job they get paid not to do.

Half of my kids cheese pizza had cheese and sauce on it. I live down the street so its my go to gas station and pizza joint but not anymore. Last time i waited an hour for pizza and they skipped my order. I waited an additional 45 mins to finally get my pizza. Im so done with them! This is the last time i will do business with them. For now on I'll go to commercial drive for my pizza cravings! Ive been a nice guy. Ive showed sincerity and respect for the employees this whole time but nothing in return. Im done! Just Fing done! No remorse and no compensation for there horrible customer service!

The staff are too busy talking/gossiping to acknowledge customers waiting to order or pickup food from the kitchen area. When food was made wrong, the male manager had to desire to correct the issue. Cleanliness and customer service do not appear to be priorities at this store. This location has definitely gone downhill in the last several years.

If I could've left NO STARS, I would have. I placed a $70 order at 5:49pm and I was told that it would be ready in 40 minutes. We had company coming and I told them to just go ahed and pick it up on their way over. When they got there at 6:35pm, they were told the order had not even been started yet. The cook was "on a break" and they refused to refund my money. Another half hour later, they got the food after having to wait and I was missing my cheese breadsticks. I called and asked for a manager and was told I was speaking to one. He said I could come back or get the money back. I said that we had waited well over an hour by now and that the employees had been rude to my guests and I was quite unhappy. He proceeded to just hang up on me. This is not the first time I've had complaints at this store and nothing is ever done about it. I'm really tired of getting ripped off and being treated so horribly all the time from this Casey's! You have a HUGE problem at this store and it needs to be addressed. I'm pretty sure I won't see any money back either - what a joke!
