Visiting Family this week when severe weather hit the area. Without power and wind damage everywhere. Casey’s was open. Very busy. And a God send. My wife went for breakfast food and coffee. As she was unfamiliar with the menu and location of and wide variety of coffee options, a staff member took the time assisting her. The breakfast burrito was fantastic. The breakfast bowl was delicious. The coffee was a saving Grace for a bad situation. Thank you to your staff for all the assistance. It is/was appreciated…

Kudos to the young lady working tonight (11/24) i bought cigarettes and mindlessly left them on the counter. She caught me just before I drove off. Same young lady that's always smiling and very nice. She should get a raise.

They almost never have lunch food at lunch time. They cant seem to keep employees in the kitchen so there's never food other than breakfast. Employees complain to your face about the job. Not very friendly. Definitely stay away from the gas pumps if you want your car to continue running properly.

This Casey’s is good. You Can Get Overdrive (a Casey’s exclusive Mountain Dew Flavor) at the fountain here like Mason City’s Monroe Casey’s and Nora Springs Casey’s. Skittles Gummies are hard to find at Casey’s but this location had them (Original & Wild Berry). The Only Downside is that it is kinda dirty by the door you Enter/Exit from. I hope this Casey’s will still be going well.- Shy_Gun670

It would be nice if they followed set hours. I'd like to grab some caffeine on my way to my 8am job but I've often come here to see it closed. I'm standing in front of a locked door that says open at 6am, it is now almost 8am. This is the 3rd or 4th time

I absolutly love there pizza !!. That bien said for being famous for pizza they sure never have any lol... it's the slogan of your business.. it's on the front of your building yet more times than not 740 am I walk out empty handed... maybe your slogan should be famous for pizza.. lucky if you get a piece ???

I'd give a negative amount of stars if I could. Rudest employees ever. You don't make animal noises at someone who's buying food FOR THEIR FAMILY. And even if what they buy was for only them whats it to you. Mind your business, do your job and be nice. If you're that miserable with your job then quit but don't take it out on paying customers who did nothing to you. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

The staff sets the meal preparation time to be 75 minutes after the order is placed even though they are not busy and not doing anything. They don’t want people to place. Then they proceeded to make the food an hour before it supposed to be picked up or sometimes even at the time of being picked up so it’s later. In this instance, the staff made and toasted a sub 45 minutes before pick up but then didn’t make the cheeseburger that was also on the order so by the time the food was meant to be picked up the sub would’ve been toasted and cold? I just don’t understand the logic
