UPDATE : YES WE TRIED THEM AGAIN.ONCE AGAIN OUR PIZZA CRUST WAS UNDERCOOKED..SO DISAPPOINTED BY THIS CASEY'S STORE...
I ordered biscuits and gravy at 10 am.. when I got home I took a bite it was straight up raw biscuit dough..the excuse was It was a special order since breakfast was over and they hurried to make the biscuits..the cook was super rude to me. It's not the first tuck food I have had from this Casey's , I have had 3 supreme pizzas different times and none of them have been totally cooked due to over toppings on them and I had to throw them in my own oven to finish cooking. I did not appreciate the rude way I was treated..the young man working the register was the only nice one there, the manager didn't feel the need to come apologize at all..We will never get food from this Casey's store again.

Some of the staff are fun, friendly and helpful. For example, the store manager went out of the way to help me when I had just moved into the area. You won't find that kind of service in most convenient stores. The food is good; especially the pizza. This is the best Casey store I've visited while in Iowa.

Ordered food from here twice. Pizza one time sandwiches the other. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza that made me sick the next day. I waited like a week and tried again but this time i tried a sandwich instead. The bread was undercooked they switched the toppings on mine with my boyfriend’s and there was so much mustard that it was literally seeping through the packaging. I have only been in there at night but the staff at night seems to be kids fresh outta high school and i wish i had something nice to say about that but i dont.

So, I’ve gotten food from here a lot and I buy from here a lot. I have rewards the whole 9 yards. The reason I’m leaving this negative review is because this is one of quite a few times I’ve ordered before the 10:30 kitchen closing time, even sometimes at like 9:30 and they say the kitchen is closed. I work food service and sometimes we might close the kitchen 15 minutes early. Especially when the online ordering is still functional I feel the kitchen should not be down. I gave the benefit of the doubt a few times but it’s been out of hand recently on top of messed up orders on subs (usually towards night time, because I work late usually) in specific. I walk in and I see the kitchen employees sitting around on their phones an hour before the kitchen is actually supposed to close. Once again only reason I’m leaving this is because it’s gotten worse.

Took 3x of calling to even get them to answer the phone and I know for a fact they were not busy at the time and when they did finally answer it was 936pm and they told me I couldn't make an order because they already just finished shutting down they're ovens and everything

Best place to go if you want the wrong order! My partner and I like to get pizza once or twice a month for dinner but unfortunately whoever makes our pizza just never seem to get it right. Once we ordered mushrooms on a pizza and they gave us a small container of cold mushrooms because they forgot to put them on. 8/10 times there's always something wrong -- either they forget an ingredient or put something on the whole pizza when it's supposed to be half, just wish they'd pay attention to the order so everyone can get what they pay for.
