My only complaint may not be a problem anymore, as I haven't seen her for awhile. A day manager was so rude to staff (and me), that I literally felt my chin drop. She criticized me briefly for not knowing a store (something). Sorry, not part of my job description being a customer. But she berated two of her clerks to the extent I wanted to intervene. Perhaps I did; I don't recall. That kind of tongue lashing should never be in public view ; if at all. I felt so sorry for them. They responded to her behavior with dignity. I almost applauded.”
