My husband and I got fresh italian subs and knew there was something wrong with them after a few bites we took them back and was refunded but now today we are both so sick it’s not even funny. Don’t recommend the subs unless you wanna be pumping fluids out both ends of your body.

Recently stopped here for some fuel, pitstop and food. Food was fresh hot and great. Staff was friendly. Highly recommended!

Got fried pork loin sandwiches with everything and they were great as always. I tried the new Mac n cheese with bacon. It was yummy but the portion was very small and not worth the $3.99 price tag.

Management needs to address the way the help assists customers - or better yet the way they don't assist customers - When we go up to pay, they don't acknowledge the customers, they do not say Thank you for stopping in, if we need a bag for our purchases, nothing. This needs to be addressed!!!

Ordered pizza last night online at 7pm after a small power outage. Took payment said it would be delivered at 814. 9pm rolls around still no pizza. Drove down and they closed. So here its 930 at night house full of hungry kids and im making dinner. Called east side caseys they said wow they mustve took off. I call this morning and she says she is refunding everyone and we will have to wait up to 3 days for the money. This was a $45 order. How about offer a free pizza since u have my money on lock down for 3 days??? Just wow! Never again!

The store is very well stocked clean and the employees are very kind and make you feel welcome i drive across town just to get my ice coffee or pop as I know they always have want I need :)

Just ordered a 2 pizzas from Casey’s at 6:15. It was supposed to arrive at 7:15 so I waited till 7:45 to call and ask where my order was and they said it wouldn’t be much longer. Long story short my pizza didn’t arrive till 8:30. What did I get in return when I called the store. An order of cheese sticks ? Won’t be ordering from west gate for awhile. I don't always go there but this AM thought I'd buy donuts...the morning girl is VERY UNPLEASANT to say the least..you walk in normally one would say GOOD MORNING, something acknowledg that YOU are there to pay for something..she acts like you're a BOTHER to her, her having to wait on YOU the CUSTOMER..and I get that not everyone is always in a good mood but when you work in the PUBLIC that's what you do put a SMILE ON YOUR FACE and face the day.I won't be going back to that one even though it's close to my house.
