This bank is always closed its a real inconvenience. Plus they charge u seven dollars to cash a check . This is the worst bank to bank at. They got closed circuit tvs at drive thru at some branches but still make you come inside to cash ur check

I drove through the drive-thru window at U.S. Bank to get quarters and the lady at the window was very nice and helpful. And I have gone to this U.S. Bank before and always been provided with great service as well as always seeing friendly faces. Great bank!

To the clueless millennials complaining about the modern branch such as highway 151 Marion. I admit it was different inside and teller machines only , drive through is a new experience. But to complain about it makes a 60 something person continue understand why this generation is doing poorer than their parents- for the first time in the history of the United States.

This branch is just as good as any other US Bank branch. A little slow and bad hours. NOW THEY ARE GOING TO BE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS! These aren't even banker's hours.

Very slow, unfriendly NO PR take your service elsewhere if you can. I called to find out about a check that someone wrote me that bounced. Before I could ask the procedure the guy was telling me what he can not do when all I needed was a guideline to process the check. 1. be a good listener. 2. many places customer is first. 3. be willing to help with as much information available to offer in solving the issue at hand. 4.just do your job period
