Worst customer service ever. Waited almost 2 hours to be helped but then the previous customer came back in stopped helping me and went and helped her. Won't go back to the maquoketa location ever again. I'll drive to another one first

Lola, at the Maquoketa Iowa store, went above and beyond the call of duty while setting up new lines for myself and my son, and she had a great attitude.

We have had Kylee for both visits at this location so far and she is the reason I chose to come all the way back to the Maquoketa store! We do have closer options like Lisbon and Muscatine but the drive is worth it! 🫶 thank you so much Kylee!!!

Had to Transfer to a New Phone. Jenny O’Hara was the associate that helped out. She Was Excellent. Very Good Customer Service!

Jenny O’Hara is the best staff at the Maquoketa US Cellular store. She is always so helpful and understanding. She doesn’t make me feel like an idiot when I don’t know how to do something with my phone. Always a plus!

They do not honor the people waiting. Someone came in for a "quick" question and was being served before others that were waiting 30 minutes. When questioned about the people waiting the workers became rude. Don't waste your time, go to the cities! I would give negative stars if possible.
