The postal workers here at our Maquoketa office are so great and friendly! They are extremely courteous and helpful. They have great spirits and they are always willing to help with a smile!😊

I made a temporary address change however mail with a different name did not transfer. The amazing employees picked up on it and notified me. I’m sure this was not something they had to do but I’m so grateful to receive some very important papers because of their attention to detail! Thank you!
