The 2 stars is due to the fact that the man did call back after a message was left for him at 4:00 a.m. even though his business doesn't actually open until 7:35 a.m. He would have gotten a bold 5 star with exclamation points if he had actually shown up. He said it would be be 1.5 to 2 hours before he could get there. Over 3 hours later, no show and not answering calls....It's now 7:35 a.m. I'll update if he shows up or at least calls.

This week Dave and the guys at Hesse’s took care of an issue with one of our vehicles. I’ve been going to them for a few years with everything from oil changes and tire issues to bigger mechanical issues that needed to get fixed quickly. They’ve taken care of something for all of our vehicles.Not only do they get us in as quickly as they can, they do a great job communicating what you need and not trying to oversell you on extra parts you don’t. Their customer service is top-notch! Whether it’s just routine maintenance or serious issues, I recommend you take your vehicles to Hesse Auto Repair in Marcus.

I just spent 300 for a brake repair that didn't work. Took the vehicle back and we will see if they take care of the problem. If they do or don't I will let you know.

Good prices & they diagnose problems with vehicles fairly quickly. Only thing is that the cost for labor is sort of high. Besides that, they're awesome mechanics ðŸ‘.
