Ty was amazing when our heater went out in the dead of winter. He was able to come out really quickly. He diagnosed the problem and helped us get new parts to solve the problem. I really appreciated that he has a wide base of knowledge across lots of different styles and manufacturers of pools, hot tubs and spas.
