“Marion across from post office by Fire Station 2; I had an issue where our car got “damaged” back when I had the unlimited wash there. Jake the manager was phenomenal to deal with, his side kick immediately tried to blame the marks on “sun damage” or anything but them. I really didn’t have much confidence when I left, a day or so later (well within the timeline Jake said it would be), Jake called offering to work with me to get the marks fixed.

Got the car buffed out, polished, took the bill to Jake and they fulfilled their commitment I WAS VERY IMPRESSED.

The dryer here works better than other washes, however even when you buy the titanium car wash the staff rarely spray down your windshield (buggy areas during that season) and never wash out wheel wells etc. I’ve tried tipping that doesn’t get wheel wells cleaned out or any better service.

The over reliance on the automated wash by the staff is disappointing (you spend upwards of $30 on a wash (where they don’t towel dry at the end) you want them cleaning wheel wells, underbody, thoroughly getting bugs off bumper, hood, windshield before you enter the automated wash.

The self serve vacuum area has lots of bays, ok vacuum suction, and an air hose to blow off doors, windows, mirrors, stray water spots the dryer didn’t get. They keep this area clean too. If you notice the wash missed something they’ve been good about sending you through the wash again (still won’t get much staff effort though)…. They allow you to self detail your car in this area (I imagine they may want you to leave though if cars start backing up - it’s completely understandable!)

There’s cheaper options out there for automated washes, you have to decide what your priorities are for a wash and choose where you want to go….

If you buy the unlimited wash it is valid at ALL Mister wash locations (even out of State).”
