Absolutely unfriendly. Everytime I've stopped theres always been a lack of friendliness. However today was even worse. I said hi to the cashier and the lack of response and attitude deffiently made me feel like I was an inconvenience. So i just purchased what I had and did not ask for anything else I wanted. Ill stop somewhere else. I'd suggest avoiding this spot. The pizza was alright but seriously this place made me feel like I was in trouble and treading on thin ice. YIKES!

Ordered the brisket pizza later in the day for pick up, and it was the worst pizza ever. It was supposed to have jalepeno and onions on half the pizza, but there were no onions or jalapeños on any of the pizza. Plus it didn't have any brisket on it either. The sauce they used was also disgusting. For almost $18, I wouldn't waste my time or my money again. I did call and complain and was rapidly refunded for my order which she knew they screwed up and apologized.

I pulled into your parking lot feeling negative and cold from working outside this morning in the cold. The staff all greeted me and sold me a couple slices of pizza that I've never tried before. It was an excellent experience. The pizza was delicious and made my day better. Thanks!

I bought a large pizza and it wasn't even a large when I got home. It was the size of a medium pizza. They didn't even get my information when I called. All be said was I'm sorry we are really busy. I don't know when we will be able to make it. I'm sorry but I don't have all night to wait for someone to remake a pizza. This has happened one other time I have ordered. I will not be coming again to get a pizza here.

This is one of my favorite Casey’s. Donuts are a little better here. Food is good. Clean and everything is always organized and stocked. This Casey’s seems well run. Tim the donut man is a master at making donuts. He is so particular and obsessed with quality. Everyone seems nice and does a good job especially Tim.
Parking: Good parking and well lit at night.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s ok for accessibility. Not large isles or bathroom.

This is the Best Caseys in the whole Cedar Rapids, Marion area. Great customer service! The Store Manager, as well as the employees, have been very friendly and helpful every time my husband and I have visited. And the pizza is always awesome at this location, it never disappoints!

I come to this Casey's fairly often, to buy pizza. Today's experience was similar to my normal experience; having to wait past the estimate time. This day, however, an older woman was working the kitchen. Black hair with gray peeking through. When I walked in, 5 minutes over the est time, she didn't even have the order in the oven. When I asked how long it would be she was really rude. Said she didn't even know when it was supposed to be ready and that I would just have to wait! They didn't have the chicken I ordered, either. This is completely unacceptable. I don't come to Casey's to feel like it's my fault I'm here for my pizza on time. On top of it all, when I came back, she had burnt the pizza! I had to cancel the order because I don't have the time to wait for a remake. She was apologetic when I canceled the order. I mean maybe they were having a bad day. But why would you hire someone that would project that onto customers. What a joke!

The older gal who runs the cash register on weekday mornings is legitimately the worst caseys employee I've ever met. Zero customer service, rude and short, wont take cash so she doesnt have to count, won't even offer a bag when you have multiple things. Very off-putting lady.

Cedar Rapids First Ave by Sophia's Italian Kitichen has some long timer staff that been working there for years that I want to reach out and salute for being wonderful staff and helping my blind dad all these years. You gone above and beyond the call of duty. You deserve metals and bonuses. A metal shaped like a heart to wear on your collar of your uniform. Bonuses from Casey's as away of saying thank you for being merit staff. Amanda, he really adores you and always brings you up.The rest of you also I know there are Charlie Angels. But Casey's Angels well they are the ones that really the heros. Thank you for helping Bill all these years.

Employee Grant is extremely unprofessional and rude there was a small miscommunication with my pizza that could’ve easily been fixed but instead Grant chose to be rude and argue with me and then felt it was a wise and professional choice to inform me that he ‘wouldn’t be getting in trouble’ Hopefully a general manager or district manager sees this because WOW what horrible customer service that is I left a complaint through their feedback service as well I would NOT recommend this Casey’s.
