It’s time to remodel or do something. Place is dirty inside and out, trash is always overflowing. Also some of the staff need to practice better hygiene.

Will not and do not want to make an order through an AI generated prompt. It made me redo the entire order just for them to tell me they can't actually deliver because I wanted to pay in cash.

Placed an order at 3:28pm for three pizzas and cheesy bread on 1/1/25 with a requested pick-up time of 4:30pm. I arrived a few minutes prior to 4:30pm, and the first pizza in the order had just begun being made. While I don't usually mind waiting, it felt awkward waiting for 15+ minutes with a massive puddle on the floor adjacent to the soda fountain (which no longer has a water dispensing option: one stands there long enough to notice these things). Above all, by 4:47pm the order was complete without an apology being offered for the delay and the time spent waiting.

Bought a $10 lottery ticket, scratched it and won $100. The kid working said that they would not cash them for $100 or more. I'm only in town visiting and he couldn't tell me where to cash it. So that was a waste of money and time. Must be rare for people in this town to see a $100 bill 🤣🤣

This one fails. Closes their pumps overnight. Casey's in general loves to purchase all the local stores that operate overnight, then closes all the overnight stores, leaving the public inconvenienced.

I come here daily and love the staff. I’ve never reviewed until tonight. This gentlemen making my pizzas made them exactly like Casey’s pizza should be. I enjoy having this staff as my regular Casey’s. Keep up the good work guys!

I love Casey's. The rewards, the food, and familiarity. Cheap er cigarettes and they participate with UpSide™ to get me cash back on my gasoline purchases on top of my Casey's rewards points earned.

Usually one Casey's is the same as another. I get gas at different Casey's locations all the time and generally don't have an issue. This Casey's gets a special shout out because of their pizza service. I ordered a breakfast pizza by phone and the staff was really great in suggesting deals to get me the best price. When I showed up to pick up my pizza, he was particularly nice and the pizza was great. Thank goodness this Casey's is close to home.

I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with this store. In the last 60 days, I have stopped by eight times looking for food after work, typically between the hours of 5:10 and 7:15. Every single time, there was no food available. The kitchen staff seemed to completely ignore me, and the first two times I visited, they made it clear that my presence was an inconvenience to them.On one occasion, a staff member had a really nasty attitude towards me, saying, "I'm busy, you're going to wait." I regret to say that I will not be visiting this store again in the future

Ordered through the app, was delivered fairly quickly - but the order was wrong. Our taco pizza had none of the taco toppings (lettuce, tomato, Doritos or the sauce) - actually thought it was sausage until we took a bite. It honestly tastes terrible. Tried calling the store several times but no one ever answers the phone. Other Casey's locations picked up immediately but couldn't help us with the order.
