They frequently make mistakes with doordash orders. I had a real simple doordash order yesterday for a 20oz can of red bull and a 2 liter of dr pepper. Ended up with a 12oz can of red bull (3 dollar difference) and a diet dr pepper 2 liter(alergic to aspertame... thanks guys!) Contacted doordash, got refunded plus credit on a reorder. Decided ok, well, I'll get myself a pack of water, and an apple juice, no way they could mess that up, right? Wrong. Ordered a 24 pack of purified water and an apple juice, got a gallon of water, and nothing else! For the love of the gods, just... get your employees off their freaking phones or whatever it is they are doing and have them... focus. These are amateur mistakes even day 1 employees should not be making.
Now, normally, I would get this sort of thing myself, but I suffered injury in a recent work accident, and am confined to bedrest. Thanks for the oh so memorable service...

Horribly filthy. Especially the restrooms. Black mold everywhere. Black mold around and I'm for sure inside the drink machines.

Casey's policy is to pass the buck...Our pizza was supposed to be delivered at 5:45. A 3rd party is apparently contracted to deliver the pizza (Door dash). We live 6 minutes from Casey's. We received a notification that our pizza was ready and picked up at 5:47 (it should have already been at our house). We received pizza 25 minutes later. Casey's? "Not our issue. We just make the pizza." WE didn't hire Door Dash- Casey's did. WE didn't have the pizza u prepared until it was already supposed to be delivered - Casey's did. But apparently it's not their problem.

Really love it there! I recommend the Bacon Breakfast Pizza! It’s just a little more expensive there so not really my first choice to go to.

Can not follow instructions on orders last 3 times I have ordered it was not done correctlyIt's just a pizza order on they keep messing it up.Will be going to a different place to get a pizza next time tired of complete incompetent

Tried to order a pizza by phone... They wouldn't let me, and redirected me to their dysfunctional app. Took me 30 minutes to order a simple pizza.

Don't order pizza here. Employees are very uncomfortable to be around. Inappropriate conversations and comments made by manager and employees. Manager is very hostile and rude.

bought food, filled up gas and ate my food in the parking lot. when I was done I threw away some garbage in a trash can. someone who I walked past in a car looked at me as I walked to the trash can. I think she was the manager. She then yelled at the very nice worker that she had to change the trash can that was empty besides my trash. she was only saying it loud enough so I could hear it. i guess she showed me? I'm sure the worker has to deal with this kind of stuff all the time. Is it really that uncommon for someone to throw away trash at a gas station? Just go somewhere else. Karen vibes.

Great stop for a quick bite to eat!The two employees that were on duty were very corteous. Even though they do not have MTO options they kindly made my wife and I a sub!Thanks to those two, they went the extra mile for us!
