Ordered a tire for my motorcycle that the website said was in stock. 1 Day after ordering i got an email from them saying it is not in stock, and they cannot give me an ETA of when it would ever be back in stock. Did not give me any alternatives.. just asked if i wanted to wait indefinitely...said it could even be 6 months for it to come in.

Wow! Rolling from WI to NM we had a blowout on a trailer tire just outside of Cedar Rapids. These fine folks put a new tire on our spare wheel and had us on our way in no time. Thank you, CRT!!

My first time dealing with this company since they are now the US distributor for Heidenau motorcycle tires. I am happy with the service I received and look forward to getting some fresh rubber for the old bike. I called up and spoke with a helpful person right away, didn't have to press 1 for anything!

I've bought tractor and skidsteer chains from here and I'm very pleased with the super fast shipping and excellent customer service. I had a issue with one of my orders and Kevin took care of it the same day. Will be buying more chains from them in the future.

I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of a tire. While traveling through, I was sideswiped by a semi and my trailer tire got damaged. I called CRT to see if they had a tire that would fit my trailer. They said they had three in stock. When I arrived, the guy behind the counter went to get them for me. He quickly realized that the tires had been sitting too long and were no longer good.
He could have easily just sold them to me or he could have upsold me for much more expensive tires. Instead he took the bad tires off the rims, replaced them with radials and charged me almost exactly the same price.
Great customer service and honest business practices like this seem to be harder to find these days and it was a breath of fresh air to experience it all in one place.

This place was awesome. My first time ordering tires from them, placed order online, a gentleman called me in what seemed like 2 seconds after placing order to let me know the tires were on back order for sometime but they had another tire just about exact same thing for cheaper price, two days later I have the tires, definitely recommend them.
