Their service manager Bryan Osborn is a great guy. He's willing to go out of his way to help you. I'd use Culligan just because of him! I highly recommend him and Culligan.

The Culligan technician was on time he did the installation quickly and neatly there were no wasted steps. He answered all my questions and showed me why my old water softener failed. When finished with the installation he cleaned up the mess.
