I ordered usual generic prescription using CVS app on my phone early in the morning. App showed prescription was placed on order and would be ready that day. Then app showed prescription was back ordered with no promise date. I went into CVS and was advised prescription was back ordered with no promise date. Four days later I went in and talked to the pharmacist and got a sorry we don't have it and that's the best we can do. Again with no promise date.At about noon that day I was notified by a text prescription was ready for pick up. This isn't the first time I have been given this run around. Oh yeh they do use computers and they are a major company. I guess progress and process just gets in the way of customers and good service.

i would give this pharmacy 0 stars if i could. i went through the drivethrough to get my prescription needles and they told me to come back through because there was a line,so i did. then when i got to the window i was told to come inside 15 minutes later and it would be done . i came in and they gave me the wrong needles. i called the store and they told me i was using it wrong so i brought it in and turns out i was right, and it was the wrong stuff. after two hours of going to cvs i finally got the right needles but they only gave me two. i made 5 trips to cvs just for two needles! frick you cvs #rotinhellcvs

This store closes at 1:30 for lunch. I was there at 1:25 in line behind 2 cars waiting for 5 minutes to pick up my meds that were ready for pick up and they refused me right at the window. I was there before lunch time so there is no reason they should've refused me my 2 meds that were already to go. Poor customer service, I am livid!!

This pharmacy is horrible. Multiple times now, I've order my refills online. Order says they would be ready later that day. I get busy and don't come in until the next day. Guess what's not ready? To be honest 3/4 times, they arent finished with my order by the time it says they will be. With life or death medication, this is critical. Furthermore, they don't put medicine in a dram vial, half the time. They just keep it in the manufacturer bottles. Even after several requests to have my medicine placed in a vial. I've been saying I need to switch pharmacies, I think this time might have been the final straw.
