They have a hard time keeping people employed so the store is t kept up as it should with stocked shelves and the like. They clearly try, but it's hard with season changes. They do have most out and most is 1.25. Great cheap stuff.

Lisa the manager is a very hostile crazy person. She started gossipping about my daughter who worked under Lisa at a previous company. Lisa started talking to her coworker and saying my daughter had a smirk on her face and she used to work with her bla bla bla. We ran by there at 9:40 pm toto grab a couple things before they closed. Lisa's store has closed early when she worked (7pm on a Saturday). She just couldn't leave well enough alone and had to give my daughter a hard time tonight. Then I called the store and got an associate and I was trying to tell her what Lisa did and ask for her district manager's number. But I was in my car and I saw her holding the phone up to Lisa's ear! I said "I can see you both. Why are you putting the phone up to Lisa's ear when I was trying to make a complaint about her?" I then said go ahead and I will just talk to Lisa herself. I told her that she should not be talking about my daughter and gossipping about her in the store. She hung up on me. Then I tried to get my daughter to leave because I walked in by the this point and another associate said Lisa called the police!
So let's get this straight. Lisa who was such an abusive horrible manager to my daughter she quit working for the company within 10 days of being hired by Lisa. Lisa herself no longer works for the other company. My daughter and I simply shop at Dollar Tree where we shopped LONG BEFORE Lisa ever worked there. Then Lisa can't leave well enough alone and has to harass my daughter and make her feel bad just by shopping at Dollar Tree. I call the store, tell Lisa to stop harassing my daughter and gossipping about her and then Lisa weaponizes the Marion police department and we get trespassed by Lisa when she instigated everything and acted like the same hostile abusive boss she was at a different company.
That about sums it up. You can do much better Dollar Tree.

Tried to go shopping at around 8 am (the posted opening hours are 8am-10pm, we were there at around 8:10am) and they said they couldn't let anyone in until the storm passed because of store policy. It's not even a bad storm, but if it was, it's very concerning that they would turn someone away from safety.

Getting worse every time i go in their. Shelfs are empty, boxes all over the place just sitting there. Products they used to have they no longer sell. Its terrible.

There was nothing wrong with this store, it was the employees, most of them STANK, I was on the verge of vomiting from the atrocious smell off some of them, does management not smell them? They need to be reminded to shower or FIRED that is seriously unprofessional

One of my fave places to go for seasonal things, candles, kitchen tools and softener sheets. I like the smaller sizes for variety and the seasonal items are great for crafting. They always have a ton of signs, tea towels, holiday table items, and colored glass and apothecary jars. The staff always help me locate items by taking me directly to them. They're very friendly and easygoing considering all of the work they do to keep the store stocked.

Friendly , clean ,well stocked . Actually make trip from Cedar Rapids because it's better than the Dollar Trees here.

Well organized, managed, and cleaned. Also known locally as the best dollar tree out of the others in Marion.
