Frank and his team did an amazing detail on our daughter’s car. We then returned to have mine done as well. Why buy a new car after having the detail completed I feel like I am driving a brand new car. Thanks so much for all the hard work. Amazing service

Franks mechanic Nate did some work on my Camry... Reaced the Mass Airflow Sensor. Was able to get my car in and out in no time. Highly recommend.

I love my new (used) car! And I love supporting neighborhood businesses! I was a little nervous about buying a car by myself but Mike and Frank were helpful, professional and easy to work with. The price was great and the process was really fast -- I think I spent about an hour there which included looking at 4 cars, taking a test drive, and buying my car. Great experience!

Went to Franks to look at a car i saw online. Saleman came out without pressuring me at all. Asked for a carfax and he pulled it up immediately. We both noticed damage had been done to the vehicle that wasn't noted. Salesman said he wouldn't sell me the car until it was researched more. More than transparent and completely honest. Left a great impression on me.

Absolutely the worst vehicle I have bought. Got home with my truck and bought new tires. To do the alignment had to spend 2300$ to have front end work done. Now come to find out the transfer case is loose and doesn’t have the seal in that was supposedly replaced at that shop! The steering gear is shot and there is a leak in the exhaust manifold. There is also a leak in the motor which I sprayed down and waiting to actually see where it’s coming from! Some of the switches don’t work which they said they would mail me and I haven’t received!

I purchased my 2007 Dodge Nitro from Frank’s Country Auto, and absolutely love it. 4 doors, 4WD, spacious for my family and I. Frank and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

We used them to take out a tree, I came home for lunch, and decided to pay them then, bad idea, they never finished the tree and left a 5 foot stump. When I called them to see if they were coming back, they said their stump grinder was broken and never returned. I would avoid using them.

After waiting SEVEN weeks to finally get Frank's to come and do some tree service to my house, I called them the day of service to get a more accurate time of when they'd be here, only to be told they pushed my service back and the soonest would be four days later. It was already bad enough like pulling teeth to get them to make a suitable date to begin with.Naturally anyone would be a bit upset and want appropriate answers and to get them here sooner than FOUR days later after already waiting SEVEN weeks!I asked to speak to the manager for a reason and was told they had a bigger jobs to do first. In other words, you'll be put off in a split second if they can get more money from another job. The manager called me rude for being upset. Clearly this happens a lot and she's accustomed to expertly turning things around on an unhappy customer. If you want good service, call Ackerman's. They came out next day and was done within an hour. Whereas an hour's worth of work for Frank's is apparently too petty for them to bother with.
