Had a great experience with them. I'm from out of town and I visit often to see my grandson. I knew I needed an oil change and a 98,000 mile service. They did the preliminary inspection and I had some other things that needed to be addressed. As they ordered the parts I needed, I was part of the process. I was informed every step of the way. Amazing individuals.

Amazing people and mechanics! We traveled from Minnesota to pick up a car and within 20 minutes it started leaking coolant. They not only fixed it on a Sunday within 2 hours. They don't make people like that anymore.

I couldn’t finish the repairs on my vehicle myself because I snapped a bolt off. While I was searching for a mobile mechanic, Stephanie from Hack Auto reached out to me—and I’m so glad she did. Once I got my vehicle over to Hack Automotive, I knew I made the right call.
Stephanie is excellent—genuine, down to earth, and truly cares about the service she provides. One thing I really appreciated is that they allow you to bring your own parts, which is practically unheard of these days.
I’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love them! They're so honest, fast and kind people.
I recommend them 10/10, Always. They actually care and take the time to explain whatever IS wrong with your car and what actually needs repaired, at that moment. Never in my life have I had a mechanic tell me that everything looks fine and when something would need repaired or for instance when the oil WOULD need changed. When most places do it even if it doesn't need done or lie about it just to make money off of you. Derrick and Steph are amazing people and so honest. SERIOUSLY... Go there for your car repair needs. 💯

Took my car in for some estimates. They were really friendly and helped walk me through what needed to be fixed and cost of everything. They did all of this without making me feel pressured to do everything right at that moment.
