This pharmacy is horrendously slow, and there's no way management isn't aware of it based on all the complaints and poor reviews. When you order a refill, you're given an option for a pick-up date and time that is almost always the next day at the earliest, and I have never actually had my prescriptions be ready on time. Most often they are ready several days after my pick-up time.
Even worse when I have time-sensitive things that need to be filled, they don't even seem to put them in their system so I can track progress. Once they claimed they were waiting for a shipment to arrive the next day, but miraculously they had enough to fill it anyways when I went in. These kind of stupid games are not acceptable with prescriptions. If you have the stock to fill one, you should be filling it, and not making a decision that a customer will be fine to wait another day when you HAVE it in stock and zero idea of the medical situation.
I'm genuinely considering going back to CVS, of all places.

If I can give this place a half a star I would, to many times ive had issues with them messing up my prescriptions, waiting in line for 20 minutes while they have 1 person working at the counter while other work in the back not helping out front.

This pharmacy is a total disaster not because of the workers but because management won’t give enough hours to their employees to provide proper service. Waiting hours for prescriptions is ridiculous DO BETTER!!!

Called in 2 scripts Sunday, went in Thursday, only 1 was ready after waiting 35 minutes in line, clerk asked pharmacist about 2nd one, she said they figured out the problem and would process it. Had to go back 24 hrs later, waited 20 minutes in line,"still in processing "!! Asked clerk if would be ready next day, she said "should be'!! I am now out of medication, lines are always long, it never used to be this bad!!!

They’re so helpful with everything than can be, they’re insanely busy but they slam through customers and are dedicated to helping with whatever they can.

They must be really understaffed. I was told the wait would be about 20 minutes. After waiting 40, I got back in line and they had the prescription immediately, so I’m guessing they forgot about me sitting there. I only got one of the two prescriptions that were ready… I called to see about the other one and was put on hold for 10 minutes, so I went back and waited in line again. They apologized and are always very polite, but there is always super long waits and I feel like I have to bug them to get prescriptions filled.

Someone ALWAYS answers...If they don't know an answer, they will swiftly get it. I went to get the flu shot and 3rd COVID shot at the same time, Mike the pharmacist was awesome, patient, and it was very spacious yet private in the room we went to!

Clerks were unprofessional and didn't understand insurance or their own vaccine check-in area. Have had two experiences, one not too bad, another were they just didn't want to help and made excuses.

I usually dont have issues but i found the clerk i to be unhelpful at best. I had filled a prescription for my colonoscopy prep online, and it gave me a date/time of later in the day pickup which i had preferred. I went to pick that and another prescription up and it wasnt ready. All i got was an "Itll be ready tomorrow" No explanation, no offer to see if it could be filled while i wait (which is what has been done in the past at any other hy vee (or any other) pharmacy ive used) Nothing. I asked what time tomorrow and she was vague at besr. Oh by 6 when they close. Well i need it by 3. She rudely said you could call. I never expected this kind of behavior and quite honestly im utterly shocked and disappointed to the point that I may as well go to walmaet to get my medications.

So I love the employees at the actual store but the pharmacy is horrendous. I have gone without medication so many times and they have said "we don't have any prescriptions for you" when they do have them, they just don't bother to actually look because that would make too much sense and might actually be good customer service and they would never do that. I have just gone without my antidepressant for about four days, they sent it to my doctor four times and told me that they didn't have anything in their system for them to fill. Finally broke down and called my doctors office, incredibly upset, they called the pharmacy and of course, there it was! It was a different strength so they "didn't think to look for it". Really?! Didn't think to look for it? After they had told me multiple times that there was nothing in the system in my name. Huh. The last "lady" I spoke with treated me like I was trying to get a controlled substance or something, very snappy and rude and just treated me like garbage when I explained to her that my doctor ALWAYS sends in my script at the same time every single month, together. She was more concerned with getting me off the phone than trying to help me and that's not okay. I didn't have to go without my medication at all, and I wouldn't have if only one of the few people I spoke with had taken the time to actually look. It's ridiculous.

The nice thing here is that by the time you're done waiting you're still in line for next month's refill!
