They have we want all the money itis. Everyone there is in slow motion. the self checkout with the clerks pointing at you like you are a dumb dog. The prices are thru the roof. Profit margin sky high. Not customer friendly

The customer service at this establishment is commendable, with friendly and helpful staff. They offer rain checks for out-of-stock items during sales, which is a customer-centric policy. However, there seems to be a shortage of cashiers, leading to occasional long lines.
While seeking assistance from a young male employee, I noticed that he walked at a brisk pace, making it challenging to keep up.
In the Starbucks section, there were three employees present. One of them abruptly left after receiving a phone call, leaving only two baristas to manage the counter. It appeared that they were engaged in personal conversations and seemed discontent with their work situation. One of the baristas mentioned that an employee had been terminated due to theft.
Overall, the shopping experience was satisfactory, but the service at Starbucks was disappointing. The two baristas seemed preoccupied with the termination incident and failed to provide a welcoming and positive customer experience. In the future, I will limit my purchases to groceries from this establishment and obtain my Starbucks coffee from another location

Hyvee is simply overpriced and understaffed. It's sad because I remember not that long ago they were the best at customer service and going the extra mile. Why would I pay 4 bucks for an avocado I can get for 88 cents a few blocks away at Aldi. Sorry hyvee..if you can sponsor an indy car you can hire some employees.

Amazing prices and Chinese food! Also has a Starbucks, got a decaf cappuccino. Overall this is a good store for a quick food shopping spree.
