While traveling in our 40’ Diesel pusher RV, over the Memorial Day holiday we experienced a Stop Engine Light. Fortunately we were able to pull in and park in a RestStop. We were referred to Riggs towing in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The staff and crew were extremely helpful and courteous. The truck driver, Conor was very competent and did an excellent job connecting us and delivering our RV to the Cummins dealer in Cedar Rapids. While it was a stressful experience, the staff at Riggs did all they could to reduce the stress of being towed. Would highly recommend their service.Don

The previous owner towed me to cedar rapids. I enjoyed the whole trip. Great guy loved to talk. Definitely use this company again if needed.

My car wouldn't start and I tried calling a few different companies but either they didn't answer or they couldn't help me in my situation. I called JCs towing and someone answered right away. The lady I talked with was very helpful. She gave an estimated time a truck would be there and said that they could check to see if they could jump it, which was a little cheaper, or tow it and she gave prices on both. The truck came sooner than what was estimated and I was able to get my car to the shop and taken care of within a few hours. Great service!
