I have always had a good experience here. Today though the automated wash had a failure halfway through the wash. There is no phone number for customer service. My car is half washed and the booth just tells you to leave. How do you even report a problem or get a refund?

The water pressure was ok it could be a bit stronger. The foam cannon was not the best it had little burst of foam I was washing my little Audi Q5 and by the time I got done with the left side the foam on the right side had dried because the foam is shoots out slow. The card machine did not look very good so I used quarters.

Stopped by for a quick van wash in the automatic bay. Just picked the cheapest option for $7.00. The rinse didn't get all the soap off my van. Still had soap on my windshield and rear window. Will not be back.
