Went into Marion Corda location with my Father, with our legal paperwork in hand, to get some answers in regards to both of our accounts. Sandra Cleppe was beyond helpful and knowledgeable of all the legal requirements necessary to protect us now, and in making any future transitions run smoothly. Both of us were beyond grateful for her help and left feeling so very relieved that we received everything (and more) than we went in looking for. I highly recommend everyone, to take the time to meet with Sandra, to protect not only yourself, but your family as well. Again.. much thanks Sandra!

Sandra Cleppe has been with me for over 10 years servicing my household. Beyond the management of finances there’s a high moral integrity that supersede the job requirements. She’s technically professionally proficient her persona is welcoming at all times CORDA/Lynn Area is a wonderful business because of people like she. I remember Kathy Evers, Bonnie Stover, and I believe that Sandra is in the line of those two outstanding individuals who I met years ago at this bank they’ve always been supportive. If all the employees would measure to her standard, you should be prospering more and more each day.

We've been with this bank over 20 years. They created a problem by charging too many fees, creating a snowball effect that took a big chunk of my paycheck (over $400 in fees). Tried to ask to have them removed due to them causing a huge mess. Refused to help. Now I have no money to pay bills at all, thus creating more fees. Their fees are ridiculously over the top. Moving to a different bank; never again. They are just in it for a profit and care nothing about their customers.

NOT IMPRESSED when buying a car. The dealership secured me a loan for the car with corona. I've stopped twice to start a checking so I can direct deposit my payment. I was not acknowledged or greeted, not a head nod, i wasnt asked what I need. Even though there are people in the offices and counter. Today there were 5 at the counter not one asked if they could help... after a few minutes i left, there were 3 employees still at the counter and one banker in the office that watched me leave....WTF I'm trying to do business with you. Why don't you create a welcoming environment. I've never had a account at a bank or CC were your not greeted when you come in. I'm greatfull the loan but I wouldn't do business here if I had another option.
Maybe another branch will be better

Latest new atm machine is a joke. Its a touch screen which is fine in most cases but its winter which the touchscreen is useless. Wanted $200 from my savings the machine only goes by 5$ increments at a time. When i got my money back i was beyond livid when $200 worth of cash came all back in 5's. It wouldnt even let me select before hand how I wanted my bills back. The last machine before this broke all the time but this is complete nonsense.

First they got my sons stimulates check and put it in someone eles account n my son had to call IRS n ask what happened they said thet sent it to bank he needed to go ask bank they have it. After weeks of waiting n having no job/ no money he goes to bank n they found THEIR mistake put the money in another account. Did not apologize. Would not trust this bank with nothing

Opened an account. Called me back to say a credit thing came up an they have to close the account. After I left. Had to come back, wasted 2 hours of my day for nothing. Yet I was able recently to buy a house but yea my credit was so bad.
