Thats not correct. You told me you do not do alignments. And she did go to another business withen two weeks of getting her tires done and got it done at a different business.
However, when I called and spoke with the the manager and owner, both where very unprofessional. I was asking questions to understand what was going on with my daughter tire issue, Both men interrupted me as well as, talked over me. Terrible customer service, in my experience.
