It is a regular stop for projects, usually having all that is needed. The employees are generally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff in different departments are as helpful as they can be, even with tricky requests. Delivery drivers are noted as amazing and dedicated. The store is considered a great place with decent prices. A common critique is the 11 percent rebate system, which some find annoying because the price is paid first to get the rebate, and competitors sometimes have the item for that final price without the extra step.

Usually I would put a 5-star rating, but since now I have to walk out in 1 degree weather just to see what I want for insulation!?! This is where I stand, this may work in some southern states but not in Iowa.
