“Lisa was so helpful today, during our call. She suggested something I hadn’t thought of and helped solve my problem. The kindness of others truly meant so much to me today. And also, to have someone answer the phone at a post office-this does not happen in Colorado!”
“I came in and accidentally bought the wrong kind of stamps and their computer system wasn’t letting me return them. Their customer service team stayed after 5 to help figure it out and then came in early the next morning to finish resolving the issue. They went above and beyond:)”
“Dan is very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond & helped me track a package. As someone who ships hundreds of items a year; I enjoy frequenting this location because I can rely on them. Thanks .”
“This Post Office is great and the employees do work harder here than most locations. It’s the people in line that are intolerable. I have heard some of the most ridiculous questions.. zero chance I could hold my composure behind the counter if I had to deal with some of these people.”
