First of all, walking in the door, Luke was very kind and so helpful at the front desk ( and on the phone) . Curtis went above and beyond to make sure our van was fixed and running properly! I highly recommend this place for your automotive repairs.

Was referred here and I was so impressed. The waiting area was very clean and welcoming. The shop area also looked very clean. Everyone that worked there was very pleasant. They talked with me about everything they did. What items might be coming up in future so I could budget. Also saved me money on services I had requested that day. The building is tucked away, and I haven’t seen their advertisements, so I’m glad someone told me about this place.They were very courteous and friendly, gave me updates on how things were going, and did a great job of explaining things. And they didn’t keep me waiting any longer than expected. I will definitely be back.

Curtis and Luke are amazing. They did a full inspection of my SUV. Showed me everything I need to do, were cordial and professional. The only drawback is that these guys are so popular and successful that they are busy as heck. You might have to follow up with them or be patient but I think it's worth the wait for one of the best shops in Marion.

The team at Precision Auto seem to know their stuff, they're very thorough at explaining what is wrong with your vehicle, they do repairs in a timely manner and I would highly recommend their services.

Above and beyond - over used and seldom accurate, but with this business, it applies. My wife's car had a varmint chew on a part that was $700 plus labor at the dealership. Hoping to lessen the financial damage, I took the car to them upon recommendation from a friend. After looking at the car on the rack, Curtis said he thought they could alter another part and do it for less 30 percent of what I had been quoted from the dealership. Needless to say, I am a fan with everyone being so courteous and helpful.

Very friendly and great service. Much more than just a tire rotation and oil change, they also inspected the vehicle and other maintenance points. Will continue to use their services.
